Financial Feasibility Study of Transport Integration Hub Cawang

The ultimate client was mandated by the newly elected Governor of DKI Jakarta to develop a multimodal transportation integration hub in the Cawang area. The hub is designed to enhance passenger mobility by seamlessly integrating Transjakarta, Transjabodetabek, Halim Airport access, the KCIC high-speed rail station, and the LRT Cibubur–Jakarta line.

The project aims to establish a financially self-sustaining transport node by optimizing its commercial potential, including commercial space leasing, park-and-ride facilities, advertising, and other complementary revenue-generating activities.
