Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Technical Studies and Policies on Waste Management

DKI Jakarta is the only local government in Indonesia that applies a segregated framework for upstream waste management, distinguishing responsibilities between household and non-household waste. Within this framework, household waste is managed by the Environmental Office of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.

This study focused on the adjustment of upstream waste management systems, including waste transportation, to support the planned introduction of downstream waste treatment facilities, namely the RDF Rorotan and RDF Bantargebang plants. The project aimed to ensure system readiness and operational alignment across the waste management value chain.

We are assigned to provide consultation services below: 󠁯•󠁏 Manage the flow of studies and technical policies on waste control, consisting of: ⚬ Spatial ⚬ Transport ⚬ Waste Management Chain • Coordinate with the Jakarta Environment Agency (service user) regarding study preparations. • Ensuring that all inputs for the work are in accordance with the terms of reference (TOR) for the stream managed and approved by the Jakarta Environment Agency (service user). • Providing support to Client in meetings with the Jakarta Environment Agency (client) regarding the work. • Supporting project management, including but not limited to monitoring work schedules and quality
